Whatever you need, from choosing between a garden flag and a house flag to getting a refund for a mat that did not fit, start here. \nOur range has three main families. Garden flags come in the Garden size (12 × 18 in, for a stand in the flower bed) and the House size (28 × 40 in, for a porch pole). Doormats come in up to three sizes: 24 × 16 in for narrow doors, 30 × 18 in for a standard front door and 36 × 24 in for wide or double doors. Yard signs come in 18 × 12 in for beds and planters and 24 × 18 in to be read from the street.

\nPersonalised products have boxes above the Add to cart button: a family name, an “Est.” year, a monogram initial, a garden title and grandkids’ names, a couple’s names and wedding date, or a house number and street. A preview on the photo shows roughly where the words go. We print exactly what you type and do not send a proof first, so read it twice; capitals, apostrophes and spaces are printed as typed.
\nTeam, brand and character names are not accepted. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we fix it free. The Personalized Gifts collection shows every product that takes your words, and the FAQs answer questions about name lengths and lines.
\nAdd items to your cart, check the size, colour and personalisation lines, then go to checkout. Enter your details — or the recipient’s address if it is a gift — and you will see free shipping at $0.00 for our four destination countries. \nYou receive an order confirmation email straight away; keep it, because it holds your order number and the exact text you typed. Within 24 hours you can change the size, colour, design, wording, items or address, or cancel the order for a full refund. Our team then prepares the order in 1–3 business days. \nOrders ship from the USA, free, to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, usually 7–14 business days after they leave us. We email you when your order is on its way, with a tracking number when the carrier provides one. Use Order Tracking to see the status of your order and what each status means. \nEvery product can come back within 60 days of delivery — flags, mats, signs, décor and personalised items — and the return label is free, even for a change of mind. Exchanges for another size or colour are welcome. Damaged items or printing mistakes are replaced or refunded, usually without sending anything back. Read the Returns & Exchanges Policy for the steps and packing tips.
\nRefunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 days of your return reaching us, of a confirmed cancellation or of an approved damage claim. Prefer store credit? It never expires. The Refund Policy shows exactly what is refunded in each situation.
\nWe collect only what we need to print and deliver your order, we do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers. Photos you send us for a claim are deleted 30 days after delivery of the order or replacement. Read the Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Garden décor has its own rush hours. Spring flags and mats are popular from March, when the first tulips appear; housewarming and wedding gifts peak in late spring and summer; fall designs go out from late August; and winter pieces are ordered from October. Around Thanksgiving and the December holidays, carriers carry more parcels than usual, so transit tends to sit at the long end of 7–14 business days. If your gift is for a fixed date, order early — shipping is free whenever you order, so there is no cost to being ahead of the season.
\nSend the gift straight to the recipient by entering their address as the shipping address; the order emails stay with you.
\nYou do not need an account to order; guest checkout works for everything. If you create one at checkout or on the My Account page, it saves your addresses and shows your past orders and their status.

Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand get the same promises as customers in the US: free shipping, 1–3 business days to prepare plus 7–14 business days in transit, a 24-hour change window, 60-day returns with a free return label and refunds sent within 7 days of the return reaching us. Prices are in US dollars, so your bank converts the amount at its own rate. Import duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country and are not part of our checkout total. \nWe only email from addresses ending in @giftmeadow.shop and only take payment through checkout on giftmeadow.shop. We never ask for card numbers, passcodes or passwords by email or message. If something looks suspicious, forward it to us before you click anything.
\nWe want every visitor to be able to shop comfortably. If anything on the site is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom, or you would like any page sent as plain text, email us and we will help you by email from start to finish.
